I brought my mom here for Mother's Day brunch and it was excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. My omelette was enormous and full of flavor, definitely an excellent value. I love that they had Ad Astra bread on the menu, it's great to see restaurants supporting local bakeries. This was my first time at Esteban's and I will definitely be returning to try their lunch or dinner!

I had a wonderful experience at this Spanish restaurant, and I must say that the paella was the highlight of my meal. What truly stood out was that the restaurant had prepared the paella ahead of time as per my request, and it was served promptly upon our arrival. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail.

The chef's creations are very exciting. We love all the tapas offerings starting with patatas bravas and the Spanish ham and cheese plate. The new to us Moroccan lamb was super. The vegetable dishes such as the baked/roasted carrots and seasonal Brussel sprouts and asparagus were all hits. Our table had assorted food tastes and we were all quite happy. We did leave enough room for desserts which also got high praise from local and travelling companions. The room does not have the best acoustics so we look forward to the reopening of the patio this coming summer.

Came back again, after being here last summer. Excellent and friendly staff and great food and drinks! Definitely coming back

Portions are bigger for tapas. They are using special bread. Great service

Always or favorite place for dinner in the Monterey area. Can’t wait until the new patio is completed.
