one of the home-iest hotels we’ve been to. the vibe of our room had us feeling we were staying at a family member’s house.

Every member of the staff smiled and said hello, in passing. The property was very clean and so beautiful. The map given at the front desk was very helpful and easy to read. Absolutely loved the location, as it was close to multiple coffee shops, breweries and restaurants! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like :)

We were only stopping over in Monterey for the night, and chose this charming hotel. We had the most incredible time, and I wish we had stayed longer! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Do not miss out on the restaurant at the hotel -- it was one of the best meals of my trip. I can't wait to come back!

OMG! SO SAVORY! We had a great time here celebrating my dear friend's birthday, Now THIS is flavorful Spanish food! EVERYTHING was FRESH and we stuffed ourselves sharing food and conviviality. The atmosphere is quiet enough we could talk between bites, PEOPLE NEED TO TRY THIS FOOD! It is so nice to share these delectable plates and gregarious company! Our servers and staff were prompt and not intrusive. I just wish our eating plates were larger; I made quite a mess eating like a glutton!

My wife and I have stayed here regularly for the past several 3-4 years and always have wonderful experiences. The staff is always one of the highlights and most of them provide experiences far in excess of my expectations. We can't wait to visit again!

My favorite place to stay in Monterey! This was our second trip to Casa Munras and it was wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and professional. We had tapas at Esteban’s and everything was exceptional including the service. The rooms are comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We look forward to our next stay!

Wow! Can’t say enough about the great food and service at Esteban. Wonderful Tapas and Paella. Tuesdays you can ask for the Paella special which comes with what they call a personal serving (more than enough) and a Caesar salad and a dessert - currently $35 and well worth it.

I've been to Esteban twice now and have always had a wonderful experience. The food always tastes so fresh and delicious and the services rendered are unmatched. The menu changes slightly, which is nice, but they keep the staples like the paella, which I highly recommend. They also have a great wine selection :)

Great stay.

The rooms were so nice! the staff was kind. great location you are so close to everything. Rooms: lots of space. great size closet and bathrom ( shower). included a tv, seating chair and desk.
