Hotel Check in Experience

My Daughter And I checked in from driving up from Southern California. We had the absolute best experience with Our check in Host Carissa. She drew us a map how to get to Our room, she gave us restaurant recommendations for Dinner and Breakfast. She also gave us recommendations on souvenir shopping at the fisherman’s wharf. We accepted all of her recommendations and were greatly pleased. Excellent Customer Service going way beyond any of Our past Hotel experiences. We appreciate Her so much!

Great location to explore Monterey, lovely setting for a reasonable price.

Really nice place, good pool, friendly staff with good recommendations for the area. 5 mins from shops, 10 mins from restaurants and ice cream and 30 mins to the museum (walking).

The hotel was clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located. We enjoyed our brief stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and coffee shops and a quick drive to Cannery Row. Parking at the hotel was convenient.

Great time, good location. Would stay here again if I cam back to Monterey.

No issues. Reception easy and stay friendly. Easy to find and park. Good quiet location a short walk from Town centre - wharf etc. Would happily stay here again. Bar shut at 9pm but we were able to take our drinks to patio area so no big deal.
