Beautiful property, this was our first time staying here. The king size bed was very comfortable, the linens were high quality. Lovely bathroom.

This is the perfect place to sample a variety of delicious tapas. We had the Brussels sprouts, Coca Catalan, patatas bravas, crispy mushroom and burrata, croquetas de jamon and jamon Serrano y manchego. All were beautifully presented and tasty. The red sangria was lovely and the desserts were a perfect ending - Basque cheesecake, Crema Catalana and a trio of delicious ice cream - banana, strawberry and coffee. This is my second time here, and I will return for more of the scrumptiousness. The service was professional and attentive. .

Everything was great, from check-in to check-out. The hotel is perfectly located; easy access to downtown. Ample parking on-site, and the rooms are clean and the overall property was very quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Casa Munras is my and my husband's favorite place to stay when visiting Monterey. All the staff we've interacted with are friendly and professional, they have an exceptional restaurant on-site, and the surrounding area has much to offer. The spa is the only part we haven't tried, but we plan to do that on our next visit.

Before we jump into our review, the service at this restaurant is what made our experience one to never forget. Our waiter, Salome was knowledgeable about the food & its preparation, but also, most importantly made us feel like we were a guest in his own home. His charisma & honesty brought us much joy & made a core memory for our trip to Monterey. NOW…. If you’re looking for a place to have dinner this spot is the one! We started with the Brussel sprouts they were delicious! They were crispy with a tasty sauce! You can order it with or without bacon typically I opt out on the bacon but choose to leave it on this time and I did not regret doing so! We then got the Coca Catalan Flat bread, the texture of the bread was very good however this plate is an acquired taste due to the cheese being very strong. I had the wagyu burger, the fries are simple but paired with the BBQ sauce & garlic aioli, it makes all the difference! The burger was amazing, cannot go wrong! We also ordered the 20oz Rib eye it was quality meat and well worth the price for the size and taste.

Beautiful gem in the heart of historic downtown Monterey. Gorgeous landscape and well maintained grounds, as well as clean, comfortable and cozy fireplace room. Front desk staff very welcoming and accommodating with my requests. I will definitely be coming back when. visiting Monterey!
