We stayed at casa de munrus we go to Monterey every year this was our first stay there. We will definitely stay again next year. We had breakfast at Esteban not only was our food excellent but our server , Rebecca went above and beyond to make our experience over the top! Thank you Rebecca!

Went here for a birthday weekend dinner twice. Everything was delicious, even though I didn't recognize the menu from the last time (it was probably seasonal, which was fine). There wasn't a single bad item. I would definitely go again.

We love this restaurant! We last ate here 4 years ago, the last time we were in Monterey. Coincidentally, our hotel is across the street. We had tapas for dinner.

Very easy to walk to town, or wharf (about 1.0 mile). Very easy to drive to Pacific Grove, Carmel, 17 mile drive etc. Rooms were spacious and the bed - I had to look up the mattress it was so comfortable!

The coffee in the lobby was excellent! Staff was very helpful. Did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked like it had wonderful ambiance. I would definitely go back.

this is my third time at Esteban's and every time i enjoy a meal here the food is always consistently delicious. Rebecca has been my service twice now and always provides the best service. she's so kind, and truly makes my dining experience even better! i love sitting outside under their covered patio (with heaters!). it's also pet friendly too! i was so hungry, my stomach ate first -- however, i ordered the breakfast burrito and it was FANTASTIC. it's hearty, there are huge chunks of bacon in it, and the salsa that accompanies it has great flavor! the restaurant is located inside the cutest hotel, Casa Munras. they also offer tapas during dinner service, which is also absolutely delicious. it's also so cute inside with the spanish style decor. parking is easy to find close by in the adjacent lot or on the street. already looking forward to my next meal here when i'm in town again! 10/10 for Esteban Restaurant!
