This is our first time here and honestly we all enjoyed it. Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were very nice too. My sister and I went to the heated pool. It was okay. I was expecting it to be more warmer. But other than that it was very nice. I recommend!!

If you're looking for a quiet place for dinner, Estéban is great. Great selection of Tapas. The paélla will take a while. The lamp chop is excellent. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 Recommended dishes: Tapas

The manager upgraded us to a handicap room. The fireplace in the room was amazing. The hotel manager was outstanding having lived in the area her entire life. Had good suggestions for French Bakeries. Great location also. Nothing. The property was great.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Monterey. There are not many Spanish style places here but Esteban would stand out anywhere. Great food and service in a new setting

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in the off-season. Everything about the place was pretty outstanding--friendly and welcoming staff, lovely restaurant, convenient location, very reasonable for the beautiful accommodations, really pretty room with fireplace and everything in the room worked perfectly and was well-thought out (bedding, furnishing, lighting, placement of electrical outlets, fantastic shower), lovely outdoor pool, beautifully kept grounds and lobby, easy parking (at least in the off-season--I can imagine this become a little problematic in high season!). We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We had dinner at Esteban both nights. Food was wonderful, service very good and staff was friendly and attentive. Tapas was exceptional as was the sea bass dish

This is a must go place when visiting Monterey ! With well manicured grounds, clean rooms to overall top notch customer Service Casa Munras is excellent . My husband and I were there for the long 3 day weekend and everyone from the front desk to the manager's were excellent and they also accommodated our request to upgrade to a room with a fireplace despite the hotel being almost full - also in a prime location!

I used to avoid Monterey because I dislike tourists. Now I go as often as I can. Two reasons besides otters - 1. Wonderful bike trails, and 2. OMG the food at Esteban's. We had a big lunch the day we went but we wanted to end the trip with Paella. Of course we headed right to Esteban. As always, the service was impeccable. We were treated like honored family. Fast service but with the warning of which dishes take a while. You cannot rush Paella. So if you want to order that, do so as soon as you sit down. Order the paella with your beverages. Then order the empanadas. We ordered food to share. Those were our two favorites this time.

Super cute & cozy hotel! I am staying in the Jr. Suite and I love the fireplace , it adds a luxurious element. There are two sinks & the shower/tub are separated which is nice too. This hotel/spa offers so much with their restaurant, heated pool, & spa treatments! Overall a really nice experience & very close to all the tourist areas. It's a 15 min walk from the pier where you can go whale watching, have some clam chowder, or do a bit of shopping for souvenirs.

Stayed here with the girls for a girls trip - had a 2 queen bed room, & it was the perfect stay! The room was impeccably clean! From the carpets to the tile in the bathroom, everything was spotless. There are these adorable personal touches with how the towels are folded which really made us feel special. Even the toilet paper was folded, very fancy! The pillows, beds, & linens are extremely comfortable. My favorite part was the fireplace within the room - I am truly a sucker for a fireplace. The room was spacious & so comfortable the 4 of us to be in. We even played board games at the end of the night in front of the fire place! This Hotel is centrally located to tons of shops, wine tasting rooms & food joints. We had planed it specially so we could walk to & from the hotel to the tasting rooms (safety first!), & it was no more than a 7 min walk! The area is very safe, too. Casa Munras will be my go-to spot next time I am in Monterey!
