Our room had a private balcony and also included a fireplace, which were nice touches. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The best part was that so many places were walkable, and downtown Carmel and Cannery Row, Monterey were only like 5 minutes away by car.

We enjoyed dinner on the beautiful patio. Service was good. Food was tasty and prepared well. Next time, I'll plan ahead and order the paella as soon as I am seated (takes 45 minutes to prep). Cocktails and desserts where nice.

I was there for a two-day foreign language teaching seminar and the service provided by the staff there was very good. Service: 5/5

Terrific outdoor terrace offers small Happy Hour tapas & sangria, margaritas or beer. Outdoor courtyard area has fireplaces/pits on when a chill is in the air & lots of flowering plants & vines make for lovely outdoor ambiance. Indoor seating available if inclement weather or too hot. Really loved the 3 different tapas plates we ordered: grilled brussels sprouts; serrano ham w/manchego/pickled onions/mustsrd/artisan bread; patatas bravas. Sangria can be ordered by pitcher or by the glass. Enjoyed it!

We came here pretty late on a weekend, we were on a hunt for a nice dessert. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by their selection. So glad we got to try the Leche Flan and CC cookies, both were heavenly! Nice outdoor ambience, we sat by the fireplace and it was def the perfect conclusion to our date night Staff was gracious and pleasant. It's already bookmarked!

Comfortable beds, good location, helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily.

Salome was very attentive and explained all the dishes well. He made everything sound so delicious! Great food, best Spanish tapas ever We would go back if we came back into town again.

Love the happy hour at the restaurant's patio. From the left of the hotel lobby, a foot path leading to the iron gate of the patio. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and garlic prawns. Both are of good portion size. Washed them down with sangria, delicious. Latino jazz is playing in the background and jasmine scant is in the air. This is living.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this location. Casa is in a great location only a few minutes walk away from some great restaurants and around a 20/ 30-minute walk to the pier/waterfront. Upon arrival, we had a very warm welcome from the front desk staff who pointed us in the direction of our room. We had a ground floor room with parking right outside. Our room was very, very spacious with a nice, comfy, large bed. The room is equipped with a TV, armchairs, desk, and lamps. The bathroom had a bath/shower combo with complimentary shower and bath gels to use. The hotel has an online restaurant and an outdoor temperature controlled pool.
