Great place for traditional tapas. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful tapas dinner here while in the Monterey area. We were looking for something light but upscale and this did not disappoint. We got the charcutier board, the shrimp, the calamari, the potatoes as well as some extra bread. The bread is made in house and has green olives in it (quantity like a raisin bread) which was great for dipping in the olive oil/balsamic dip. My favorite was the shrimp which was nice and spicy - 5 to a plate. The board had some lovely spicy sausage and cheese that complimented the sausage and the Spanish ham. Some red sangria went well with the meal. We finished up with some dense flan. We ate out on the patio in the early evening which was lovely - there was a fireplace and multiple small olive trees in pots on the patio. Service was just ok but the the quality of the food more than made up for it. We were content to linger over the food and rub our happy bellies.

Very nice atmosphere and great food. Outdoor space is just as nice.

We love staying at Casa Munras it’s quaint and dog friendly close to downtown lots of great places to explore including all the historic old Monterey houses and museums Great patio spot for tapas in the evening

Limited but good vegan options. We came in for the brunch. We had French Toast, roasted potatoes, and the Mediterranean salad. All flavorful and satisfying. We will probably come back for the tapas as it seems there are more vegan/vegetarian options there. As for the service and ambiance, top notch, professional and courteous. I also enjoyed the Bloody Mary Bar, so many accoutrements I tried all that I dared and was not disappointed. So good. I went with the mezcal and the smoky rim with a little carrot and mostly classic bloody. It was bloody good. We will be back for what is on off

We ordered 3 plates from the Tapa happy hour menu. The quantity was plenty for 2 people and very tasty. We shared the a yummy Basque cheesecake for dessert. Service was friendly and not rushed.

perfect spot for a quiet weekend away

Food and ambiance were excellent. Will be coming back to enjoy the patio again soon. We ordered the following and did not have anything bad to say about any of these options. Highly recommend. - oysters - Brussels sprouts - calamari - paella del mar – croquettes

Hotel was beautiful. Location was great! Walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops downtown. About a mile walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were a good size. We took advantage of the restaurant/bar and spa on site. Both were excellent. Hotel exceeded our expectations, was everything we needed and more for a girls trip
