Dress in layers as the coastal breeze can be chilly, especially in the evening. You'll also want to wear a good pair of walking shoes or hiking boots. Bring binoculars for a closer look at the park's unique wildlife, along with sunblock, snacks, a camera, and a bottle of water for the trails.

Where can I go scuba diving at Point Lobos State Nature Reserve?

With clear water and an abundance of sea life, this nature preserve is one of the best scuba diving spots in California. Its sheltered coves, valleys, and boulders offer a rich habitat for marine mammals, colorful invertebrates, and curious fish. Bring a wet suit.
