In the Words of our Monterey Guests

We had a wonderful 25th anniversary on the outside patio at Esteban by the fireplace under warming lamps in a setting drenched in Monterey Bay's history. I called to arrange a surprise dinner. Jennifer and 2 other staff called 6 times to arrange flowers and just the right paella (which was terrific, better than in Barcelona), flowers and a special drink. We appreciated all the staff, especially Stephanie who was very attentive. We can't wait to go back; it's our new favorite.

Had a very great stay here, very nice ambiance, very affordable for what is offered, perfect location to explore the entire city, would absolutely recommend and would return.

Location is perfecf for heading to the wharf, cannery, lovers pointe, Carmel, and MRY.

My wife and I shared small plates for dinner. Pulpo, empañadas, carrots, a pork dish. All excellent. Good selection of wines by the glass. Beautiful dining areas. Friendly service.

We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. The staff is friendly, the rooms are great, the restaurant has a wonderful menu and they are dog friendly. A perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed a show at the Golden State Theater. Casa Munras was a perfect location to stay, will be back.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything we needed.
