Great local hotel in a perfect location. It was wonderful having a fireplace in the room and the pool was fun. Also had a good couples massage in the spa.

We loved everything about the hotel. We arrived and had an issue with our car. Ronaldo happened to be driving around in his cart and had assisted in getting the tools we needed. He was a lifesaver. The hotel staffs were very friendly and everyone we saw had greeted us. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again during our next trip.

Walking distance to old Monterey. The aquarium the fishing pier Fishermans wharf. 4 miles to Carmel by the sea the grounds are lovely the pool clean and in a beautiful setting the rooms are exquisite the beds so comfortable

Hands down the best Brussel sprouts I have ever had! Presentation was very nice. Everything was beautiful when it hit the table. Beautiful outdoor seating area and weather was perfect the evening we were there. The price was a little lower than what we thought it would be for the quality of food we ate. A beautiful hidden cave that felt like home - I spent most of my Monterey grad school mornings nestled up by the fire at Estéban. It was my spot to wake up, to ground. There were so many elements to the ritual: the friendly, welcoming hello as I passed the front desk, sitting in my usual chair by the fire, and, of course, REBECA. Rebeca handles weekday mornings. Her energy itself is sunshine, and she handles the calm and the chaos—should an event be happening simultaneously—with the utmost grace and always a bounce in her step. She’s attentive, always made sure I had enough coffee, and would even give me a to-go cup for my walk to my 10 a.m. classes. I would often hear customers who didn’t know she’d been up since 4 comment on her energy and zest. It’s infectious. That was the morning at Estéban, and the most intimate part of my time there. But the evenings become a magical other setting: fire pits, a full bar, and amazing deals on oysters and wine. If the morning is a warm, rejuvenating place to wake up, the evening is an enchanting place to unwind and let your spirit relax into a feeling of escape. If you couldn’t tell, I love Estéban <3

Really close to Big Sur … I thought it was really convenient being less than 20 mins from Point Lobos and lots of Big Sur attractions

Casa Munras was a definite find in Monterey! Wonderful, friendly staff, clean rooms with everything we needed. Easy check in & out and ample on site parking. Super walkable to downtown & even the wharf and Cannery Row. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay, great gym and lots of amenities.
