Escape the ordinary, and spend an afternoon with the  Bolero Brothers' entrancing combination of exquisite Mexican Jalisco harp and heavenly guitar creates passionate, delightful music from and for the heart. Mike Culver of Hungarian descent allows his gypsy spirit to flow through his Jalisco harp strings. Jim Gonzales, second generation from Valencia, Spain, lets his Spanish heart come through in his clean, distinctive flamenco guitar stylings.

Join us for a festive afternoon featuring Monterey County and Spanish wines, refreshing soft drinks, and Signature Sangria. A Maker's Mark premium bourbon tasting will be poured, including samples of Esteban Restaurant's Maker's Mark Private Reserve. You will enjoy  a variety of culinary delights from Esteban Restaurant, including a classic seafood and chicken paella demonstration and tasting, an oyster bar, and, of course, a birthday cake. 

Resort casual, and remember there is a pool party also going on, so feel free to bring your bathing suit in case you would like to take a dip in the pool. A changing room will be available by the pool. 

Grab the family and head on out to the Casa Munras pool. Located in the center of the property, the "Sweetheart Pool" was one of the few hotel pools in the area in the 50s, making it a draw for guests. Enjoy music, pool toys and family fun vibe. Pool menu will be available for purchase.
