    Lemon Parsley
    5      Pieces jumbo asparagus, cleaned and peeled
    1        Lemon
    2 tbls    Parsley
    1 tbls    Black pepper
    1 each  Shallot
    2 tbls   Extra virgin olive oil
    to taste Salt
    pinch   Sugar

    6      Cloves roasted garlic
    5       Egg yolks
    1       Whole egg
    1 tsp    Dijon mustard
    2      Lemons juiced
    ½ cup  Champagne vinegar

    3 sprigs   Chervil


    Grill the asparagus until marked and cooked through.
    Place the cooked asparagus on a long plate and top with the lemon parsley mixture, aioli and chervil.
